Big Moosi

Moose Stinson played the first 6 seasons of his career for Las Vegas. Playing mostly DH, he hit well, but was not a dominant player. A typical Moose year was around 25 homers, 80-100 RBI, and a slugging percentage just under .500.

Being limited to designated hitter (though he played shortstop in the minors), the best contract Moose could get was a one year, 1 million dollar deal in Boston.

In Friday's 18-3 ass-pounding of the Miami Stars, Stinson hit 2 homers and 8 RBI. For the season, he has 17 homers, 51 RBI, and a .649 slugging percentage.

Moose claims that Boston asked him to stop "swinging like a leetle bitch" and he's become a feared clutch hitter. That's why they call him Big Moosi.
