Major League Rookie of the Year

In a unanimous vote, Conn the Barbarian of the Florida Penguins wins rookie of the year. Conn led major league rookies with 24 homeruns, tied for the lead with 67 RBI, and even stole 21 bases, showing speed that distinguishes his game from that of his famous father.

Second place went to Robert the Bruce of St Louis, who hit 23 homeruns in only 400 at bats. Denver's Ruben Ramirez finishes third. His 2.43 ERA was spoiled by lack of run support, leading to a 6-8 record in 21 starts.
