Head

Miami was down 3-1 in the 9th inning vs Baltimore. They got two runners on with one out, and had the bottom of the order coming up, weak hitters Prince Ferreira and Jim Concepcion. Since the September roster expansion, Miami had a good supply of pinch hitters. Wayne Keller was first up, and grounded out. Next, Miami went to Richie Head. He was a combined 5 for 31 with no homers over parts of the last 3 seasons. Standing in against Colts closer Craig Haren, Head put a big swing on a high fastball, and hit a mammoth homerun to right for a 4-3 win.
