SLCS game 3

 Cleveland routed Baltimore 7-2 to take a lead in their series. Otto Stevens homered and had 2 RBI, and Greg Bowen allowed one run on 5 hits through 6 innings. Duncan Cook pitched the last 3 innings for a save. Baltimore starter Zak Owens left in the 5th with a shoulder injury and will not pitch again in the playoffs.

Thomas Smith pitched 6 strong innings for Mars, allowing one run, and they took at 2-1 lead to the 8th inning. Jimmy Flannery belted a homer, his third of the series, to tie the game up. In the bottom of the inning, Mark Lee homered off Ricardo Osuna to put Mars back on top, 3-2. Pat Jones pitched a scoreless 9th to earn the first win for Mars.
