Miami trades for Robinson

The Miami Stars have acquired right hander Odis Robinson from the Alaska Snow Sox in exchange for Todd Johnson.  Robinson, a free agent after the season, was 13-11 with a 3.05 ERA for the Sox.  With a heavy sinker, he only allowed 11 homers in 185 innings.

He's an upgrade over Johnson, who was 7-9 with a 4.97 ERA.  Johnson is signed to a reasonable contract for several more years.
