After opening day, Hollywood agreed to a swap of outfielders with Toledo. The B's send rookie Brett Jansen and Bob Reilly to Toledo for George Rivera and Rich Weatherspoon. Hollywood had an excess of left handed bats and needed to pick up some righthanded hitting. Rivera will compete for playing time in center field.
