New York at Detroit Game 3

Matchup of lefties, Stuart Coppolla for New York and Charles Cooper for Detroit. Cooper making his 1st ever playoff start, Coppolla one of the all-time undisputed big game pitchers. Of course, this game could only end one way. Detroit shocks Coppolla in the 4th, with BJ Lewis hitting a two run homer off Coppolla to give Detroit the 3-1 lead. Detroit then adds 2 more in the 5th, 6th, and 3 in the 8th to win the game 10-1. Coppolla finishes at 5-8-6-4-1-3 and Cooper goes 6-8-1-1-0-6. Carlos Leja goes 3 hitless and scoreless innings to jinx the no-bullpen label.

Story of the series so far? Brett Solo and Keith Lee are a combined 0-21 with just 2 walks. Solo has also made 2 errors in the 3 games. If Detroit pulls this thing out, it will be one of the biggest upsets in playoff history.
