After the homer the game was delayed for 15 minutes for Conan career highlights and a speech. Eddie Bird flew in after the game for a special appearance, and sang "Wind Beneath my Wings" to Conan in front of 37,000 fans.

Conan has 96 RBI on the season, and 2240 for his career. He is 57 away from breaking Aaron's other big record.
